- Users may request pickup and delivery of items through the application, and Drivers may accept these requests based on availability and proximity.
- User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service, including but not limited to pickup and delivery addresses, item descriptions, and contact information.
- You acknowledge that any items you request to be delivered are your responsibility until they are picked up by the Driver or delivered to the specified destination.
- Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers are independent contractors responsible for fulfilling pickup and delivery requests accepted through the Service.
- Drivers agree to handle items with care and deliver them promptly and securely to the designated address provided by the User.
- Fees and Payments
- The fees for pickup and delivery services are displayed in the application and may vary based on factors such as items weight, dimensions,distance, time, and demand.
- By using our Service, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the fees associated with the pickup and delivery services provided.
- Service Limitations
- While we strive to provide reliable pickup and delivery services, we do not guarantee the availability of Drivers or the successful completion of any pickup or delivery request.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
- User Conduct
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, tampering with the application, or violating any laws or regulations.
- Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.
